According to SSC CHSL eligibility criteria, candidates applying for the exam must be 18 years to 27 years and have passed 10+2/HSC. I think, you should start a job only, if you don't want to pursue higher studies and gain experience. If you want to pursue higher study that is B.Tech, you can pursue B.Tech with your preferred branch and subject from good college that has good faculty, placement is not important as compared to quality faculty, because if you gain knowledge, you don't need placement.

Almost all colleges provide lateral admission bar few like NIT's or IIT's or few deemed to be universities. DTE of tech education of your state will have this information on it's website. You can even download it in many states. Best wishes to you.

Hello Hardik,
First of all, don't feel worried. According to the bill, all the IIMS have been empowered to provide a degree instead of a Diploma. Earlier, only universities were allowed to provide MBA degrees while all the private institutes used to give a Diploma. Though the course outline is almost the same in both degree and Diploma, but the value of MBA is more, especially in countries outside India. However, the good thing is that many organizations as well as competitive exams consider Post graduate Diploma to be equivalent to MBA.
