must have completed B.Sc with 60% marks in aggregate with pass in mathematics as a subject from any recognized university
Note: Candidates with Diploma in architecture are not eligible for lateral entry to Engineering/ Technology degree program.

It is good that you want to go for technical education. You can get admission in Diploma after class 10th, there are number of polytechnic institutions in India who are providing admission on the basis of merit. So you should apply for the admission in your state. Here is a link for the list of reputed colleges in India. So choose the college and its process of admission.

Here is the eligibility for this course:-
Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) with minimum 50% marks. However, whenever stipulation by MHRD/UGC/Statutory Authority is higher than 50% the stipulated % shall be followed B.Sc final year appeared candidates may also apply provided they have obtained at least 50% aggregate marks in I & II- year B.Sc exam.
Candidates should not hold any other job during the period of training, or join any other training program
