See, Hospitality Industry has became a wealth of opportunities to people nowadays. Every Industry has their perks and demerits. Its all you who gotta be overcoming those. :-D
HOUSEKEEPING-
The Housekeeping Department is responsible for the immaculate care and upkeep of all guest rooms and public spaces.
|You gotta be making here the hotel look neat and tidy from Hotel Lobby to the guest room and washrooms.| (Hard working department, You will have to face disgusting things. )
FOOD and BEVERAGE-
Food and Beverage Department (F&B) is responsible for maintaining high quality of food and service, food costing, managing restaurants, bars, etc.

Yes, of course, you can pursue Masters in Mass Communication. As an eligibility criteria, you only need to be a graduate from a recognized University in any discipline.

Yes, you can do but undergraduate level. Operations Management is a popular option for automobile engineers in general. You can do a Master's degree programme in operations management only if you have a Bachelor's degree.

Hi Subin,
Getting a job initially will be difficult particularly because you are a foreigner unless you want to work in a retail store. So it depends what kind of job you want to do. Completing your PG Diploma in Canada will allow you to work for 2-3 years which sounds like a better deal.

If you are enquiring about the entrance exam, it's based on your Diploma topics and concepts where they will examine your conceptual and applications skills.
So, be sure on the basics of technical concepts.
Otherwise, if you are enquiring about B.Tech syllabus, it is same as of general students who joined B.Tech after their 12th.
