And if you want to apply for DTU or IP University then you need to appear for LEET examination. Or, want to apply for private college, then you may get direct admission.

Yes, you can change the branch, but the chances of securing the admission in a different branch through the online process is difficult. In the counselling round you'll get the college if any left.

If you are planning for a degree you must pursue the same from India before applying for studies in Germany. You are not eligible to pursue a degree from Germany with the current qualification anyways. Complete the first year of a degree course and apply for a bachelor's degree in Germany.
