After completing class 10th, you are eligible for Diploma in engineering entrance exam. After completing this course, you will have better opportunities. Either, you can do pursue B.Tech or you can do a job in government or private sector.

The minimum qualification for Diploma in engineering is class 10th. After completing class 10th, Diploma engineering is a three years course. There are some universities offering direct admission in 2nd year through lateral entry, who has completed class 12th.

Some of the good colleges are IHM and Rizwi college.

As eligibility condition to do Mechanical Engineering diploma is 10th class in India, you have only completed only 10+3 years of education. You can not seek admission in any university which has 15 year education requirements.

Yes, both the Diploma in engineering course are same. The difference is that some state universities or deemed universities offering two year Diploma course after completing class 12th. The Diploma in engineering course after completing class 10th is of 3 years duration.

Diplomas are not accepted in Germany. You can enrol into a Bachelor's degree in India and complete only the first year with very good grades and then apply to German universities. Or, you clear the IIT JEE advance and apply.
