On the basis of 10th you can only pursue Diploma in HM, not a degree but definitely that has more value. So, I would suggest you complete your 12th first and then apply for hotel management.

The courses of Choice is always personal however your educational qualification also plays a pivotal role in the same, If you have completed your Class XII(PUC2) then you should go for Bachelors in Fashion Designing and if you have not completed Puc2 but have cleared your class x then you can go for Diploma. Please note Diploma is Short term Program which gives you basic understanding of the Subject of Fashion.

Without clearing your Diploma, you cannot go ahead for a graduation degree, you need to focus on backlogs and clear them asap so that you can go ahead and pursue your graduation.

Since pursuing Diploma after completing class 12th will take one or two years, so you need to complete your Bachelor's through lateral entry. You haven't specified your Diploma course.
