Dear Uday,
Any University approved by UGC and Directorate of Distance Education that provides distance learning is valid every where. Even the government accepts the validity of such Universities. As far as MBA is concerned through distance learning mode I personally believe IGNOU is a very good option. It is a well-established brand name in the field of distance education and the university is internationally renowned. I hope this would suffice. All the best. God bless you.

I do not think you will be permitted to do so, as a lateral entry from a distance course to a regular course is not allowed, and moreover, I don't think it is even legal to do so. However, you can check with the admissions department of your institute if it is permitted.

Hi Deepak,
The first requirement to open a chemist shop/pharmacy is to be a Pharmacist and registering with Pharmacy Council of India. However, it is advisable for you to visit the website of Pharmacy Council Of India (http://pci.nic.in/) for all the requirements, as these requirements might change time to time.
