Eligibility criteria for MCA by distance learning from PTU is that candidate must have passed any recognized Bachelors degree of minimum three years duration with Mathematics/ Statistics / Business Mathematics / Business Statistics / Quantitative Techniques as Compulsory/ Optional/ Additional Paper

Yes, you can, but through distance learning, you cannot get PGDM, it will be PGCM. I wish you all the best.

Yes you can pursue a course in MA through distance mode and a seperate course in regular mode in the same academic session as there is a provision for the same.
