You can do Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering course after completion of your two years ITI course. To get admission in Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering course after completion of your two years ITI course, you need to appear in Lateral Entry examinations like VOCLET, etc. By qualifying the entrance examination, based upon your examination rank, you can get admission in second year of three years Diploma course.

 you should go for IGNOU for distance course of M.A economics. In Delhi University, most of the courses are for regular students only. IGNOU is best for distance learning. Best of luck.

You can apply, most paper are happening in Bangalore else you can apply for IGNOU or OPEN school Delhi they have papers in Bangalore.
