You can do Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering course after completion of your two years ITI course. To get admission in Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering course after completion of your two years ITI course, you need to appear in Lateral Entry examinations like VOCLET, etc. By qualifying the entrance examination, based upon your examination rank, you can get admission in second year of three years Diploma course.

You should go IGNOU University for distance learning programme in fashion or garments technology for B.Sc. It will be helpful for you.

In BMSCE, correspondence course is not available. Moreover, here 85% attendance is still compulsory.

You can apply, most paper are happening in Bangalore else you can apply for IGNOU or OPEN school Delhi they have papers in Bangalore.

Open University of Delhi is the ideal one for you, it will have centers in Punjab but recommendation is there.
