As per my knowledge, the UGC norms do not allow a student to pursue two academic degrees in one single year. Even if one is regular and the other from distance. Moreover, it is advisable to focus on one course at a time.
I hope this helps.
God bless you.

It is valid to do MBA in HR via distance. Please ensure that the university is been accredited by UGC and Distance Education Bureau or else the degree you hold will be invalid. Distance Education is preferred highly by working professionals to grow in the industry. I believe you have made a great decision.
All the best for your bright career.

You can find the detailed list of colleges offering online/distance MBA here:
https://www.shiksha.com/mba/colleges/online-mba-colleges-india?uaf[]=et_dm&ts=85755393&rf=filters&ed[]=et_21::dm_34&ed[]=et_21::dm_39
You can further curtail and customize the list as per the location, fee and specialisation. Also, the selection process varies from college to college, hence, you will have to check the selection criteria of the college selected in order to check whether they are open for lateral entries or not.
I hope you find this information useful.
All the best for your future endeavours.
