Delhi University does not offer this course from distance education. SOL is part of DU that offer some course. You can check out the full details on SOL (school of open learning) Delhi university website.

You can get direct admission in institute of distance education (IDE) Madras University through single window admission process. Just buy the application form fill it and you'll be done.

Evening/distance/online/part time engineering courses are not valid any more as per the latest supreme court verdict, hence would recommend you to join regular B.Tech course for better career prospects.

Hi Mohini!
There are 2 modes of admission - Merit or Direct and Entrance exam.
Candidates who have not graduated from University of Delhi, have to apply through Entrance mode.
Candidates who graduated from University of Delhi can choose to apply through Merit mode or Merit + Entrance mode or Entrance only mode (must have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% in graduation to apply through Merit mode or Merit + Entrance mode).
