Distance learning is better than regular course for a person who is working or having other important responsibilities which stops him from taking a regular course. The advantage of distance learning includes:
Lots of flexibility. With distance learning courses, students can complete their course work from just about anywhere, provided there's a computer and internet connection. This allows students to work when and where it is more convenient for them without having to squeeze in scheduled classes to an already busy life.

Hello Prakash,I appreciate your question for the UGC NET Exam. Well, if you have completed Masters in the given subject you are eligible to appear in the NET Exam. The NET Exam is conducted every year for the aspirants want to make career in the lectureship and Research programme. The NET Exam do not have any age limit if you are 35 years old you can appear in the NET Exam.
