It's not possible to do M.Com without any Bachelor's degree so after receiving the Bachelor's degree you can take admission for M.Com.

Hello,
Right now, BA is not a good choice after ITI. As you want a technical degree, go for B.Tech which is more beneficial than BA. Furthermore, you can continue to apply for a job.

Engineering Diploma or any other Degree is not suggested, Approved for Jobs. The subject is practical and A Distance Learning Course is not allowed as well. I still suggest that you may find an institution where this can be done in an Evening or part-time Mode, if really necessary. Open University, like IGNOU may help out.
