Annamalai University offers degrees in distance education mode. If you have done a full-time three-year graduation course B.Sc after HSC, then you are eligible for enrolling in a full-time postgraduate course.
Hope this clears your doubt.

You should apply to a college of your choice where you want to pursue this course.
Most institutes offering this course admit students based on performance in a relevant entrance test, often followed by a round of personal interview, wherein their general aptitude for the course is tested. Admission process generally varies across colleges.
A few institutes also provide direct admission based on the candidate's performance at the level of graduation.
Listed below are some of the top entrance exams conducted in the country for admission to the course:
LPUP-NEST
ACAD Entrance Test
GGSIPU
AIEED
TOEFL.

Hello, Supreme Court of India cancelled all engineering degrees obtained by distance education means. This ruling still stands. Hence my sincere advice is not to indulged in spending money, time and energy on this way. One can always do AMIE after Diploma and its equivalent to degree for all practical purposes.

If you are working somewhere you should go for part-time or distance MBA degree, since you are working it will help you to move to a better job with the same field or you can get a promotion (if your company is good). However, I would recommend you to join full-time MBA degree, with this, you will able to get a decent job, as many companies prefer college placements and you will get handsome salary package. But at the end call is yours, since you know your position.

Dear Ashwin,
As far as distance education MBA is concerned, IGNOU is a good option. It is a well-established brand name in the field of distance education. The study material of IGNOU is of international standards. The stream could be of your area of interest. HRM is also a very good option. As you grow the scope becomes wider. However, the final call is yours.
