Hi Sumedha,
To pursue an online/part-time MBA is only beneficial for a candidate who is already working in an organization & where he sees pursuing an MBA through Part-time would be an added advantage to his designation & would lead him through better job prospects in future. But If in case a candidate is not working & wanted to kick start his career with good job opportunities than I would recommend him to take an admissions into any of the good Business school that he is eligible for because Pursuing MBA from Business School like SSBF etc would enable him to get placed in companies excelling the sector they are particularly know for.

You must try for Kerala University, but the best option in Tamil Nadu would be Madras University in terms of distance education and Annamalai University is also good.
