Hello Pravin,
You better hurry if you have to start learning via distance education mode. UGC is in process of stopping all courses via distance which require lots of practical. But you can think of doing AMIE which is equivalent to BE, while working. It's through distance mode only.

No, pursuing a distance graduation won't impact your chance of getting admission in top B-schools as many colleges accept candidates with distance graduation but one need to prove themselves. it in much more better way than that of a candidate with regular degree. A student must first decide in what trade they want to build their career.
