Jagannath University Jaipur for B.Tech in Electrical Engineering required the basic following criteria:
- Candidate pass 10+2 exam minimum 45% marks.
- Have Mathematics and Physics as a compulsory subjects.
- And appear for the JEE MAIN exam.

Actually, both these courses are excellent. Both have good faculty, good infrastructure and also high market demand. Only point to make difference is placements. Electrical Engineering at IIT Kanpur have little much better placements than Electrical Engineering (Power and Automation) at IIT Delhi. Finally, I would suggest you Electrical Engineering at IIT Kanpur if you consider placements.

There are a total of 1,349 Electrical Engineering colleges in India that accept the JEE Main exam scores for admission to courses in Electrical Engineering at the undergraduate level. JEE Main is considered as one of the most reputed and competitive entrance test for courses falling under the discipline of Engineering.
