Based on the JEE Main rank, you can get the following options if belongs to general category.
1. MNIT Jaipur (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical& Chemical)
2. IIIT Kotak (CSE)
3. IIIT Sonepat (CSE)
4. IIIT Delhi (CSE)
5. NIT Uttarakhand (CSE)

You have to simply qualify the JEE Main exam in order to become eligible for JEE Advanced. As per the last year of trends, the closing ranks in asked courses are given below for general category Male candidates.
1. Mechanical : 999
2. Civil: 3005
So from above ranks below 1000 and 2500 in JEE Advanced are good enough for Mechanical and Civil respectively.

JEE Main counselling is conducted in seven rounds in which all India categories wise ranks are considered for allotment. While there are also two special rounds of counselling held after the completion of first seven rounds of counselling. The special round of counselling considered the all India CRL ranks.
