Yes you can. The AEEE ranks below 10000 under state quota are very good enough for getting Coimbatore, Amritapuri and Bangalore campuses.

As you are saying that your percentile is 62. It is impossible for you to get a seat in NIT or IIT. You can try for private colleges.

It will depend upon you that which college or university you want to take. On the basis of JEE Mains rank all colleges and universities have there seat. There are state engineering exam for the state government college. Apart from this VITEEE SRMJEEE COMEDK, WBJEE MHT CET BCECE etc. Are there.
