On the basis of your JEE Main percentile, Admission in NITs and GFTIs is not possible. You can be qualify for JEE Advanced subjected to category you belongs. It is better to prepare for JEE Main April-2020 exam for improving this score above 90 percentile for better options.

The last year opening and closing ranks at REC were 62745 and 99523 respectively in CS. Hence, you have to score a minimum 90 percentile in JEE main April-2020. While for Electrical JEE Main percentile above 76 is good enough.

You have a good score and you should try for the NIT you want, probably you will not be able to get Core branch like mechanical CS and IT. You may get a low preference branch there. Best of luck.

Without GATE score, you will not find any decent college. It is very important to find a decent college in M.Tech. So, please appear in GATE otherwise stay a year and do hard work for the GATE. The final decision is on you.
