Select civil, if you want government jobs in future. And also, if you are planning to go for IES exams and there is very less chance in private sector in terms of package. While electrical branch has a good future, also good placement and there is equally opportunities in public and in private sectors.

There are very low chances of your admission in these colleges because your rank is not good. You will get a nit or good college if you belong to a SC, ST category. Please try JOSAA app on play store, and use it's college cut-off and college predictions.
