Not possible in any NIT or IIEST. You should rather try in some private colleges or state run colleges and give state entrance exams. Or else, you can drop a year to score better. Best of luck.

I can't say on the basis of ranking but yes, if your marks are more than 160 in JEE Mains, then you have a chance for this college.

If you belong to a general category, then you will need above 220 + marks and you will secure rank under 20,000 and you there are some chances.
