For taking admission in NIT's you should get at least 75% in board Examination and 65% if you are from SC-ST category. Hope you got your answer.

If you are qualified in JEE Mains, only then also you can apply for JoSAA counselling for NIT and IIIT. If you qualified and scored well in both exams, then you can apply for all colleges under JoSAA.

Thank you for showing interest in Ganga Institute of Technology & Management. Yes, you can apply for admission in B.Tech CSE without JEE Main, also but you must have at least 45% in class 12th as well as in PCM also.

Admissions in NIT are taken on basis of JEE Mains rank and JEE Advanced rank is used for taking admission in IIT'S. Hope you got your answer.
