There is no school category in JEE Main. However if you belongs to SC category than you can get the following NITs.
1. NIT Jalandhar
2. NIT Hamirpur
3. NIT located in. Eastern region like NIT Arunachal Pradesh, NIT Mizoram etc.
4. NIT Calicut
5. NIT Srinagar.

It's not possible for you to get admission in SPA with 84 percentile. You need to have more than 95 percentile to get admission.

You can get admission in VIT Vellore for M.Tech in VLSI in either category 2 or 3. But it's not possible for you to get admission in Embedded Systems in Category 1.

It's not possible to get admission in NIT-Delhi CSE branch, but there might be a chance to get admission in other branches. To know in which other colleges you are eligible to apply, use the college predictor tool.

Yes, You cannot get into NITs but can get admission in government colleges as most of the colleges have the minimum percentage in 12th would be around 60%.
