Hi Rohit,
If you have problems with EWS certificate, just write a mail to the JEE advance authority mentioning all of your details. They will definitely help you in providing with the alternatives.

Hello Arun, The qualifying cut off is different from admission cut off. It is not predetermined and hence there is no fixed minimum marks to get a seat at NITs
