It is good that you are aspiring for IITs. First, you need to have a good conceptual knowledge in physics, chemistry and mathematics. You need to clear all the doubts regarding the concepts. You may also give more time in chemistry as many questions will be very easy and time saving if you are clear in the concepts of chemistry.
For physics and mathematics, you need a lot of practice to improve speed and accuracy. In the state board book, the concept depth will not be in JEE level but the formulae will be really essential.
You need to have the formulae (atleast 85-90% in PCM). In your fingertips as some problems in JE

The exact ranks cannot be said because the rankings are based on many criteria. Those who have scored high marks in maths are given a top rank and many conditions like that.
There are certain cut-off marks for every category which the students need to get to clear JEE Mains exam. They vary every year.
For this year, the cut-off marks are:
general(oc) -81
obc-ncl-49
sc-32
st-27
pwd-1

As per your marks in JEE Mains, you will get good branches in top NITs, however admission in Jadavpur University and VJTI is done via WBJEE and MHCET respectively not via JEE Mains.
