NIT will not be possible with this score still you can try your luck with home state NIT or some low rank NITs. Else, you can go for some GFTIs or regional engineering colleges and you might get a seat in one of those.

Class 11th score doesn't matter at all. All that matters is 12th percentage. You will have to score more than 75% for eligibility. So, don't worry about 11th score. Study well to score as much as possible in 12th and in JEE exam.

Did you appear for any regional entrance exams? Please try to take admissions through these regional entrance exams. Many private universities are far better than the colleges which you receive your score.
