Your books provide a strong foundation, but for JEE Mains, you need more problem-solving practice. Add HC Verma (Physics), Arihant/Cengage (Maths), and P. Bahadur (Physical Chemistry), along with mock tests for better preparation.

Prospective students of the B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering program at Kalyani Government Engineering College (KGEC) need to seek admission through their WBJEE ranks rather than JEE Main. The admission chances through WBJEE at position 3599 as an OBC candidate depend on previous year cut-off pattern data. OBC candidates at KGEC normally need to match the cutoff between 1500 and 2500 for CSE admission. The likelihood of securing CSE admission at Kalyani Government Engineering College is minimal but you could secure a less popular branch. Verify the most current cutoff information to remain certain.

The combination of a JEE Mains rank at position 7,13,039 and 76% marks in the 12th board makes admissions through UPTAC counseling into Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs) extremely difficult in 2024. The admission criteria at GFTIs requires candidates to possess excellent ranks because the cutoff standards tend to be high so most vacancies go to students who achieve better rankings. Most GFTIs maintain closing ranks between 2,00,000 and 3,00,000 for their different branch options in years past. The admission system of private engineering colleges under UPTAC depends on both JEE Mains results and your board examination marks

Students with a JEE Mains B.Arch CRL rank of 2200 and a home state quota in Madhya Pradesh have a good chance of obtaining admission to B.Arch programs run by NITs. The admission at NIT Bhopal depends on the category-wise cutoff differences since the cutoff rank for this institution could be higher than other NITs. Your placement in B.Arch NITs is possible through NIT Hamirpur or NIT Patna because their closing ranks stand higher than several other NITs. .
