No, it is no possible to seek admission at IISc for M.Tech without GATE exam. Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore offers a four year M.Tech in various specialisations including Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and others. Admission to all the courses at IISc is completely entrance-based. The aspirants are admitted to M.Tech at IISc based on scores in GATE exam followed by COAP counselling. Getting NIT IIT with rank 70785 wiill be very difficult.if you want you can go for these colleges -
IIIT Kottayam*: The closing rank for OBC category in CSE was 11,452.
- *IIIT Kalyani, West Bengal*: The closing rank for OBC category in CSE was 12,809.
- *IIIT Dharwad*: The closing rank for OBC category in CSE was 12,152.
