The students seeking admission to the first year of B.E./B.Tech course in S.D. College of Engineering and Technology are admitted through Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) counseling (85 percentage) and management quota (15 percentage). When considering the rank obtained in JEE Main, it is not compulsory. Those candidates who scored 45% marks in 10+2 exam (40% for SC/ST) with Physics, chemistry and math are eligible to apply. UPSEE rank is preferred but there is also management quota direct admission is also possible. Application acceptance rates are approximately 70% – 80%. About a total of 600 seats for these program

Yes, you can join the M.Tech programme at Shri Siddhi Vinayak Group of Institutions (SSVGI) without GATE. While GATE scores are basically accepted for admission, candidates who have completed an M.Sc. in relevant fields or an MCA with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST) are also eligible to apply. Thus, alternative qualifications may allow admission without a GATE score.

The actual academic course TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions) cutoff for the RMK Engineering College in the academic course 2023 differs from one course to another. The colleges demanded passing marks for the top specialised branches as Computer Science and Engineering was about 192-195/400 and Electronics and Communication Engineering was about 180-185/400. Other branches such as mechanical engineering and civil engineering had cutoffs within the ranges of 160-170. These cutoffs are the normalized scores obtained on the 12th standard examination and counseling.

The cutoff at the Indian Institute of Science IISc Bangalore for JEE Mains 2024 shows that the closing rank for the General category is 903 in the Bachelor of Science (Research) program. Admission to all the B.E./B.Tech programmes of Thangavelu Engineering College is mainly through Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA). The college accepts marks from the TNEA. Additionally, it also accepts the marks of the CBSE 12th Exams. So, generally, it is not possible to seek admission without TNEA or valid scores of CBSE 12th. Candidates should have qualified 10+2 with an aggregate of at least 45% in relevant subjects to seek entry under the following categories.
