With a score of 91 percentile in the JEE Mains exam, candidates have several choices available to them, mainly NITs and Government-Funded Technical Institutes, GFTIs. Here are a few notable colleges:
NIT Arunachal Pradesh
NIT Mizoram
NIT Nagaland
NIT Manipur
Some of the other IIITs and the DTU Delhi and the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra are also likely to accept the score, although only to a lesser degree for other less competitive branches.
The cut-offs vary in different branches and categories; the expected rank would normally be around 120,001 to 123,000. Exploration of more than one college with flexibility of branch choice increa

With a percentile of 84.757991 in JEE Mains, one may find it tough to get admission in the CS branch in top NITs like NIT Trichy, NIT Warangal, or NIT Surathkal, whose cutoffs normally are much higher. In other NITs also, CS or related branches may be possible, provided category, gender, and home state quota permit this. It is always advisable to check the JoSAA counseling cutoff trends for a particular year to see whether any NITs grant admission to CS with that percentile.

Based on the available information, with an OBC category rank of 100,000 and considering the home state quota, securing admission to the Electrical Engineering programme at J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA Faridabad, appears challenging. In the 2023 admissions, the closing rank for OBC candidates in the Electrical Engineering programme under the home state quota was 99,685. Since your rank is slightly higher than this cutoff, it may be difficult to secure a seat in this program. However, cutoff ranks can vary each year based on factors such as the number of applicants, seat availability, and overall perfor

Candidates securing 150 marks in JEE Main 2024 can secure admission into the top engineering colleges such as NIT Tiruchirappalli, NIT Warangal, NIT Calicut, and likewise, though admission to computer-related branches is dubious, especially a top branch like Computer Science and Engineering.

In general, candidates should have a minimum percentile ranging between 85 to 90 percentile for getting admission into the NIT colleges. However, this range may fluctuate based on the categories of the students.

A score of 10.33 marks in the GATE EEE exam significantly reduces the chances of obtaining admission to any IIT for any stream branch, as this is far below the usual cut-off marks for even the low-ranked ones; most probably, this score will not secure you any IIT admission.

good luck
