With an 81 percentile in JEE Main, your chances of getting admission into NITs or IIITs can vary depending on the specific institute, course, and category. Typically, a percentile of 81 is on the lower end for top NITs and IIITs, but there are chances for admission to some NITs or newer branches of NITs and IIITs, especially for OBC category students.
You may have a better chance for institutes with lower closing ranks or in branches with lower demand. It's recommended to check the previous year's closing ranks and participate in the counseling process to explore the best options.

For improving scores in practicals you must write practical and theoretical exams. So you can reappeared via NIOS and gone through JEE exams. But involved in the improvement of 12th score via NIOS is not possible.

The rank is calculated according to the marks you secure in the entrance test, and it may vary each year depending on various factors such as the number of candidates, difficulty level of the exam, and overall performance of candidates. So, your rank is relative to your score compared to others who take the exam.

With CRL rank being 93419 and OBC NCL rank 29587, you will most probably get admission to various NITs because your OBC-NCL category makes the prospects bright. Among those are NIT Jalandhar, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Patna, NIT Arunachal Pradesh, and NIT Goa. Of course, all of them depend upon the available branches and seat as per your preference. It is advisable that the JoSAA process of counselling will provide a deeper insight into options and inform choices.
