Yes, BMS College of Engineering in Bangalore does not recognise JEE Main marks for admission to its BTech programmes. Admissions at the college are mostly based on COMEDK UGET and KCET scores. As a result, students' JEE Main scores do not qualify them for admission to BMS College of Engineering. AKTU offers the BTech programme at the UG level in various specialisations. The university accepts , followed by the UPTAC Counselling for admission to its BTech programme. A minimum of 60% in the graduation aggregate is required for admission to IIT Madras' M.Tech programme. They also need to receive a valid score on the GATE exam in order to qualify. Every year, the deadline may change for a variety of reasons.
