Candidates will have to study the topics similar to the state-level SSC examination for Andhra Pradesh POLYCET Mathematics. Some of the important topics to be studied for the entrance examination are - Theory of Equations, Probability, Partial Fractions, Random Variables and Distribution, Binomial Theorem, Quadratic Expressions, Permutations and Combinations, Exponential and Logarithmic series, Matrices, etc.

For Andhra Pradesh POLYCET Chemistry section, the candidates will have to study topics from SSC examination syllabus. Some of the Chemistry topics that need to be studied to be well prepared for Andhra Pradesh POLYCET are - Carbon and its Compounds, Acids, Bases, and Salt, Classification of Elements- The Periodic Table, Chemicals Reactions and Equations, Structure of Atoms, Principles of Metallurgy, etc. All of the topics that are specified in the syllabus has to be studied so that the candidates are able to correctly answer the maximum number of questions.

Candidates will have to prepare various topics from the Physics section to be well prepared for Andhra Pradesh POLYCET. Some of the topics that are important and cannot be missed out during the examination are - Electromagnetism, Refraction of Light at Plane Surfaces, Reflection of Light by Different Surfaces, The Human Eye and Colourful World, Heat and Electric Current. Since these topics are likely to have a higher weightage, the candidates are advised to study these topics and be prepared for the examination.

JEE Main exam session 1 has been concluded. The JEE Main session 2 exam dates are April 2 to 9, 2026 for BTech programme for admission to IIIT Kota. The exam is conducted online as a Computer Based Test. JEE Main have three papers, Paper 1 for admission to BE/BTech course, Paper 2A for BArch admission and Paper 2B for BPlan course admission. The duration of the JEE Main exam is three hours and has Multiple Choice (MCQ) and Integer Value (Numerical Value Answer) type questions.

- JEXPO exam books
- Guides
- Mobile phone
- Calculator or any other electronic gadget inside the examination hall.

Every year, NTA conducts the JEE Main entrance exam for the selection of eligible candidates in IIT, NIT and IIITs. The admission process for JEE Main 2026 (session 1) registrations has been completed. JEE Main 2026 session 1 exam was held from January 21 to 30, and session 2 will be held from April 2 to 9. January 21 to 30.

As per the authorities, the questions in the Andhra Pradesh POLYCET paper will be prepared taking into account the SSC exam syllabus released by the Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh. Since no official Andhra Pradesh POLYCET syllabus is released, the candidates can check the subjects and topics of SSC examination syllabus to prepare for the examination.

For Andhra Pradesh POLYCET, the candidates will have to study various units and topics from three subjects - Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The topics that need to be studied from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics for Andhra Pradesh POLYCET is similar to the SSC examination syllabus as prepared and released by the Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh.
