Candidates must fulfil certain academic requirements in order to be eligible for the Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test (BITSAT)

You must have passed the 12th grade with majors in mathematics, physics and chemistry from an accredited board in order to be eligible.

Minimum Score Needed:
a minimum of 75% in maths chemistry and physics combined (PCM).
a minimum of 60% in each of the following subjects: maths, chemistry, and physics.
Considering your scores:
(71 + 75 + 73) = 219 / 3 = 73% is the PCM aggregate which falls short of the 75% threshold.
The 60% requirement is met by the individual subject results (Physics: 71, Chemistry: 73 and Maths: 75).
Because your PCM aggregate is less than 75% you are therefore ineligible for BITSAT

Computer Science Engineering (CSE) programs are offered by a number of colleges in Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad with annual budgets as high as 1 lakh. Among the choices are

Bangalore: Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology: The college has good facilities and placement records and the tuition costs for CSE are affordable.
Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering provides Karnataka citizens with reasonable tuition costs (via COMEDK or KEA counselling).
Pune: Under the state quota, the Pune Institute of Computer Technology (PICT) provides CSE to students at affordable costs.
Some merit-based seats at MIT-WPU (State Counselling Seats) have costs that are affordable for you.
Hyderabad: Both CBIT and Vasavi College of Engineering (via TS EAMCET counselling) provide local students high-quality CSE education at costs under 1 lakh.
JNTU Hyderabad is the best place to get a government-sponsored, reasonably priced education.
