The CSE average package or branch-wise salary data is not out yet. However, the overall median package for BTech is available in the NIRF report 2024. From 2021 to 2023, an improving trend was observed in the BTech median package which is depicted below:

As you mentioned that you're weak in coding that doesn't mean you can't strengthen your skills on it, all you have to do is working hard for it . Many of the students doesn't know anything about coding culture but once they get familiar to it they starts developing their skills on it. If you are getting opportunities to get a better option definitely you should go but if you're interested about pursuing your career in ECE you should definitely go with it as it has a vast exposure to the tech field.
