Yes, You can get into some average college in Pune for engineering with your JEE score. Probably you should decide whether you are going to re-attempt your JEE exam or you are going to join some random colleges in Pune.

IIIT Manipur has three internal assessments each of 25 marks. Out of those total 75 marks only 50 marks are taken in account. At last the endsem is of 100 marks. Out of those 100 marks only 50 marks are taken in account. At last the student have to pass in all over 100 (50 of assessment + 50 of end sem) . There is relative marking so mostly very less students fail. Thus, if a student fails in internal assessment he/she can do better in end sem exam and make up for that.

Since you got the 98,000th rank you may get a seat in Gayatri Engineering College but we cannot assure you that since your rank is low. It is better to have a second opinion on some other colleges you know. The seat eligibility may depend on your category and the course you opt for.

Students have a great power in IIIT Manipur. The mess committee is completely handled by students. The cultural events are handled by members of literature club. The sports club has a great role in conducting sports activities. All these clubs are under gymkhana council. The head of gymkhana council is called the Vice President (VP) and has a right to take part in many important decisions of the college. Students can directly discuss any plans and thoughts with the HODs or Director.

First of all maintaining a good conduct with the faculty members and other workers is important. All the faculty members are very helpful if you behave respectfully with them. Moreover, a good relation with the seniors is also very important. The seniors are really very helpful and talented too. Not getting in any local fights is also a very important thing to keep in mind as all the locals are not good.

There is no such monotonous dress code for IIIT Manipur. The boys are asked to wear collared t-shirts or shirts and the girls are asked to wear traditional. But mostly round neck t-shirts for boys and normal jeans and tops for girls are allowed. But wearing of the ID card is mandatory and if you not wear it strict actions may taken.

Yes, you can do M.Tech in Computer Science after B.Tech in robotics and automation engineering. My suggestion is to research which interests you before you choose a path for your PG degree. Since M.Tech in computer Science has a good scope in the future it's better to do the course after your current B.Tech.
