It is unlikely that you will get a seat in any of the NITs, IITs or GFTIs with a CRL rank of 196580 and an EWS rank of 31691. The cutoff ranks for these institutes are typically much lower than your current rank. However, there are a few factors that could improve your chances of admission.

* *Your caste/category:* If you belong to a reserved category, you will have a higher chance of getting a seat than if you are from a general category.

* *Your performance in JEE Advanced:* If you perform well in JEE Advanced, you may be eligible for a seat in an IIT or NIT through the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JOSAA) counseling.

* *The number of seats available:* The number of seats available in NITs, IITs and GFTIs will depend on the number of students who apply for admission. If there are fewer applicants, the cutoffs will be lower.

It is also important to note that the cutoff ranks for NITs, IITs and GFTIs vary from year to year. So, it is possible that your chances of admission could improve if the cutoffs are lower in 2023.

If you are not able to get a seat in any of the NITs, IITs or GFTIs, you could still consider applying to other good engineering colleges in India. There are a number of good colleges with good placement records, and you may be able to get a seat with your current JEE Main score.
