KJ somaiya, Mumbai is placed at 187 in NIRF ranking while IIIT Hyderabad is placed at 84th spot. So, you can prefably take IIIT Hyderabad.

You can't get a CSE seat in Raghu Engineering College. Because 2022 last rank in CSE for BC-d girls is 25k. For your rank, the best colleges inVishakhapatnamare Vignan's Institute of Engineering for Women and Nadimpalli Satyanarayana Raju Institute of Technology. Economically Weaker sections is a new category for which 10% of seats will be reserved in B.Tech colleges across Andhra Pradesh for the academic section, 2020-2021.
In Telegana EAMCET, students from the annual income for SC, ST students should not exceed 2Lacsand for BC it should not exceed 1Lakh. Without the consideration of rank for SC, ST students all are eligible for this Fee reimbursement scheme. For the BC students below 10,000 rank are beneficiaries for this scheme (total fees will be paid by the government).

The vacant seats reserved for SC, ST and PwD candidates are allotted to the candidates of respective categories for admission to a preparatory course of one-year duration on the basis of relaxed admission criteria .
Admission is given to the candidates in the preparatory course provided
(i) the seats reserved for the respective category are vacant,
(ii) candidates have not accepted a seat in the preparatory course earlier.
All the IITs run preparatory courses of one year duration for SC, ST and PwD candidates intended to prepare them to pursue the academicprogrammeto which they have been allocated. At the end of this course, candidates are

Hey aspirant, I hope you'll be doing good. As per rank secured by you, you can get biomedical and mechanical branch in SGSITs. If you are willing to get CSE branch you can try branch upgradation after 1st year of college.

Dear aspirant, 72 percentile is not good enough to get into NIT Warangal, if you are willing to study in NIT Warangal, you should have aim atleast 92-93 percentile as reserved under ST category.

Sorry to say, but this rank is now enough to get CSE in any IIT, but you can easily get Electrical branch in decent IITs.
