The cutoff rank for admission to NIT Calicut through JEE Main for OBC-NCL category varies each year depending on various factors like the number of seats available, the difficulty level of the exam, and the number of candidates appearing. Based on the previous year's cutoffs, it is unlikely that you would get a seat in NIT Calicut with an OBC-NCL rank of 145821. However, you can still apply for the counseling process and explore other options such as participating in JoSAA counseling or state-level counseling to increase your chances of getting admission in other reputed engineering colleges.

With a rank of 115079 in JEE Mains, it may be difficult to get a seat in the top NITs. However, you may still have chances of getting admission in some of the lower-ranked NITs or other engineering colleges. You can use the JEE Main college predictor tool or check the previous year's cutoffs to get an idea of the colleges and branches you may be eligible for. It is also advisable to keep a backup plan ready and apply to other colleges as well.
