Hello Vanish Shah, normal speaking the shifting of surname could be understood by the people who are manning the table which will check the antecedents of the students. But I would still like to advise you that please get this name corrected and have only in one format. Unless otherwise specified the surname comes last and whenever certain form filling areas they insist on surname being first then it is understood that you are name will come next. All in all you don't have to worry much but whenever feasible get the name in the same order in all the documents. Best wishes to you.

Hello Akanksha Patel, yes indeed, you can definitely appear for NEET entrance examination that is conducted by National testing agency. Almost anyone who has passed 12th standard with minimum required marks depending on the category, can appear for this exam since the condition of upper age limit as well as number of attempts has been removed from the eligibility criteria. Based on your JEE Mains rank, it may be difficult to get admission in top IIITs and NITs for ECE. However, you can explore other options such as newer IIITs and NITs or other reputable engineering colleges that offer ECE. Here are some of the IIITs and NITs that you can consider based on your JEE Mains rank for ECE:

3. IIIT Kalyani
4. IIIT Vadodara

Hello Shravasti, yes can get a an admission for computer Science before that you have to complete your 12th class with above 60% then only you are eligible for giving jee exams to get a good seat in cse branch.

Definitely you are eligible for masters before that you have to go through GATE examination. GATE scores will decide you are eligible for which colleges in India.

Hello Ramesh Bihade, the admissions to different engineering colleges in the state of Maharashtra or restricted to the students who are Indian Nationals. They also need to pass there 12th standard examination from any recognised board across India. Hello Govind Jathar, conversion of percentile to ranking requires a lot of information which is not available to anyone else except the entity which conducts the entrance examination. In view of this if you want to know you are ranking then you have to approach the body that is conducting the entrance exam called MHT CET.
