You have good chances of making it to CSE branch at the institution, though it can't be assured. As per the past year trends and cutoffs, seats for CSE are filled between 800-1000 ranks but it is also to be noted that the intakes are limited based on PESSAT ranks as admissions are also offered through KCET and management/NRI quota. You should get other courses including ECE, EEE comfortably and as per my opinion definitely participate in counseling procedure as PES is full of opportunities irrespective of branches.

Hello Harun Khan, the cutoff percentile declared by NTA last year for OBC NCL students was just above 67. You have 35, it means you are ineligible to even apply for admission in NIT's. Of course if JEE Mains examination is the one decided by your state as entrance exam for admissions to engineering colleges, then you have some chance of getting admission in an engineering college. But to expect good college is too much expectations. To help you I am attaching a link that will predict the college that you can get. https://www.shiksha.com/engineering/jee-main-college-predictor
Best wishes to you.

The admission process and cut-off for NIT Silchar can vary from year to year and depend on various factors such as the number of applicants, the difficulty level of the exam, and the availability of seats. However, with 91 percentile in JEE Mains and EWS category Home State quota, you have a good chance of getting admission in NIT Silchar. To get a more accurate idea of the cut-off for admission to NIT Silchar, you can refer to the previous year's cut-off marks or check the official website of the institute for the current year's cut-off marks. Additionally, it is recommended that you apply to other institutes as well to increase your
