Yes, you can get the admission in MSVR college for B.E. CSE college and the college fee for ECE students in MVSR college is RS 95,000/ per year. If you want to get into the college through management quota you have to pay a donation to the college. The donation may depend on the demand. We cannot predict the amount. But on average it may vary from INR 5 lakhs to INR 12 lakhs.

Officially SRM University never published the cut-off for specific branch and campus but as per previous year and current trend CSE in kattankulathur campus has been given to top 5k rank holders of SRMJEEE. As you know that phase 1 and 2 already done and

Generally CSE gets full around 4000 to 4500. Rest all are there till 9000. After that ETC, IT & MECH gets full and if you are very good at catching concentration then you will get good placements in this institute.
Best of luck

You should get around 85 or more marks to get CSE at VIT Vellore and 65-70 would be more than enough to get IT Branch. The VIT cutoff rank (and marks out of 120) for CSE and IT is around Rank-840 (Marks-96.6).

Yes, First of all get your ews Certificate and apply for JEE Advanced under EWS category
In IITs there are nearly 500 seats for EWS category and those are also in old IITs so try to improve your rank in advanced
And for the 40 to 45000 rank (general) you can join NIT for chemical, biotech, and metallurgical engineering
And those branches are also very good
One more thing after joining to NIT for lower branch you can change your branch by scoring well in first year of B.Tech. So there are very much chances for you to be NITian.
