Yes, candidates from any state of India are eligible to apply for Odisha Joint Entrance Examination OJEE 2023. However, only the natives of Odisha can apply for government colleges. The seats for Vellore campus get exhausted quite fast but varies from courses to courses. For getting admission in any other course of VIT Andhra Pradesh, a rank within 25k would get you through first category though the Andhra Pradesh campus is very young and the trend can change from year to year.

Believe me nobody knows Thapar outside Punjab state whereas NITS are known throughout the country.
Due to certain reputation NIT provide better opportunity for higher studies in foreign which you will surely not get in Thapar.

Students must pass the 10+2 or its equivalent from any recognised board (Science stream is required). Physics Chemistry and Biology should be included in their 10+2 qualification test.

Hello Tarun Seella, admissions to engineering colleges are governed by the rules framed by the state in which these colleges are located. Some states accept ranking in JEE Mains examination while some conduct their own entrance exam. Tamil Nadu is perhaps the only state where admissions are given based on marks obtained in 12th standard. You must first access the website of the directorate of technical education of your state. Hello Mandar, in india almost all engineering colleges particularly private once are having seats reserved for NRI students. But the process is not standardised. Hence you will have to first make list of your intended colleges where you wish to take admission. Then approach each college by email with your credentials meaning marks that you have obtained in 12th or equivalent exams. Then ask them the procedure to be adopted to get admission. Colleges are indeed very helpful and will respond to your queries. Just follow the path and you will get admission in your desired college.
