The BITS HD (Higher Degree) exam is conducted by Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani for admission into various M.E. /M.Pharma programmes offered at its campuses. No, you can't do B.Sc. In computer Science because for B.Sc. Computer Science you need to be a science student and at least you have to score 75% marks in your 12th boards.

Popular entrance exams for Diploma in civil engineering are
- MH-CET
- LPUNEST
- WBJEE
- UKSEE
- UPSEE
Most of these exams are state level. Yoi appear for one of these state level engineering exams. Also, you can make list of engineering colleges and appear for their entrance. Popular colleges for civil engineering are Jamia, AMU, BVDU, State engineering colleges and LPU, etc.
