CCSHAU Hisar B.Tech Selection Criteria
Candidates have to apply at the Application Portal first. After the declaration of JEE Mains result and on the basis of application, the University will preview all the candidates score card and will prepare the merit list. Based on the Cut off set by the University, if any candidate fails to secure a seat, he/ she has to wait for the later counseling round where the unfilled seats will be displayed.

IIT Kharagpur, IIT Roorkee, IIT BHU Varanasi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Gandhinagar, IIT Patna. Yes, you can admission in top 7 IITs but you have to compromise on your branch.

Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. Yes you can get admission in Computer Science and Engineering after completing Diploma in Mechanical Engineering no matter what branch you studied during Diploma. There are many institutions in India that offers Lateral Entry provision to Diploma holders. But NITs and IITs not provide this system, you have to appear for JEE Mains and Advance for getting admission in those colleges. Many institutions in India offers Lateral Entry provision to Diploma holders. But IITs and NITs do not offer any lateral entry provision. Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. YES, definitely any average student can go into IIT or top NIT's if he/she has the right determination and consistent practice towards his studies and examinations. In my opinion go for IIT mandi.
IIT Mandi is one of the best institutes in placement. Here in IIT Mandi, 11 students got selected in GSoC. From the third year batch, 11 students from CSE and 1 electrical branch student got selected in Microsoft for internships.
