CCSHAU Hisar B.Tech Selection Criteria
Candidates have to apply at the Application Portal first. After the declaration of JEE Mains result and on the basis of application, the University will preview all the candidates score card and will prepare the merit list. Based on the Cut off set by the University, if any candidate fails to secure a seat, he/ she has to wait for the later counseling round where the unfilled seats will be displayed.
How to Apply?
Candidates need to visit the Admission Portal of Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar first. Register yourself with the portal using valid Email Id and Phone number. Log in using the credential I got through mail. Fill up the form using all the necessary and required details. Put your academic details and related information. Input the passport photo and signature. Pay the application fee through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking. Print Out the receipt and acknowledgement for further reference
Note: Candidates have to pay Rs 500 in order to sit for counseling rounds. If a student gets a seat in their desired department/ course during the counseling, they have to take Admission in order to reserve that.

There are many institutions in India that offers Lateral Entry provision to Diploma holders. But NITs and IITs not provide this system, you have to appear for JEE Mains and Advance for getting admission in those colleges. Many institutions in India offers Lateral Entry provision to Diploma holders. But IITs and NITs do not offer any lateral entry provision. Institute of Science and Technology in Midnapur, LPU and Chandigarh College of Science and Technology also offers lateral entry. Many institutions also provides relaxation category wise. You have to choose a premier institute and your scoring should be impressive so as to attract the prospective employers for better scope in CS when you apply for the job. You can opt for some Certificate course also after graduating in CS. Your career path will be wider.

Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. YES, definitely any average student can go into IIT or top NIT's if he/she has the right determination and consistent practice towards his studies and examinations. If you have the dream to get into IIT, like several others,. Then you have to grind yourself, practice hard and have to be consistent at your studies. You have to make a proper time table schedule and need to fix ATIT. If you are weak in calculations and solving numericals and other questions, then you have to work at your weak points and have to sharpen your strong points. In my opinion go for IIT mandi.
IIT Mandi is one of the best institutes in placement. Here in IIT Mandi, 11 students got selected in GSoC. From the third year batch, 11 students from CSE and 1 electrical branch student got selected in Microsoft for internships.
The placement percentage recorded during IIT Mandi BTech placements 2022 was 93.4%. A total of 156 students were placed out of 167 eligible and registered students during IIT Mandi placements 2022. Further, a total of 200 job offers were received during IIT Mandi BTech placements 2022. According to reports, the highest domestic and international package was offered from Microsoft and Diverta, respectively.
According to some unofficial online sources, the IIT Mandi average package 2022 for BTech courses stood at INR 24.1 LPA. The average package for BTech CSE was the highest and the amount stood at INR 28.6 LPA.
