As per the eligibility criteria of JEE Main Candidates can appear in the JEE Main exam for three consecutive years. Because you have passed 12th in year 2017 so you can appear in JEE Main in three consecutive years 2017, 2018 and 2019 respectively.

I am also a candidate of obc category and cut off rank in JEE is 68+%ile in 2022 but it is only qualify JEE Mains
You go in NIT's then you got atleast 94+%ile.

The placements for CSE department is dependent on your college
If you go in IIT'S and NIT'S, top IIIT (Gwalior, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Lucknow, Allahabad) it's placement in CSE is above 20+ lacks
But private colleges is not good for average placement.

Yes, you can get admission to Jayawantrao Sawant College of Engineering. But you will get admission for a B.E. in Electronics & Telecom Engineering and a B.E. in Electrical Engineering with your score.
You may not be admitted to the B.E. in Information Technology under the EWS category because the MHT CET cutoff for this branch was more than 80% in previous years, whereas your score is 74.97 percentile.
The placements at this college are good, and graduates of the Electronics and Telecom Engineering Specialization have been offered salary packages as high as 18 LPA.

IEM Kolkata maintains a good placement record over years. Every year, a huge number of students participate in the placement drive & get hired. The institute has concluded its 2021 placement drive. Yes, it is possible to get admission in any engineering college after doing B.Sc. In Maths. Since you have two options to do that. First is crack IIT JAM examination that will help you getting your desired engineering college with Maths or desired subjects you want. Second is GATE exam. Since the eligibility for GATE is changed now you can appear for GATE as well. So by cracking GATE you can get into desired engineering college.
