First and very important to get yourself into a reputed engineering college like NIT's you need to qualify the JEE (Join Entrance Exam) with the score of at least 200+ so that you can get admission in top B.Tech courses like CSE. IT, ME, etc. Also the most basic criteria is that you must have A minimum of 65% in Class 12 for SC/ST. After you are eligible according to the cutoff there will be a counselling process conducted by Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA). But also to remember that JEE main is a very competitive exam. Well the mandatory criteria is that you must have 35% or above in secondary school Certificate examination of Maharashtra State Board of Education, Pune or any other equivalent examination with mentioned subjects and marks. (12th class). In case you want a direct Second year Admission:HSC Science/Vocational/ITI (2years) passed with 35% marks (subjects-PCM, PCB, PCMB). I hope you got answer to your question.
