Yes, you have a chance to get a Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme (TFWS) seat in the Centralized Admission Process (CAP). Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme seats are only for low-income candidates from the open or general category. If you belong to the reserved category, then you better go for reserved category seats, as there's hardly any difference in the fee for Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme and reserved category seats. When you pay, you get the receipt, there it is mentioned if it's refundable or not. You can talk to the management for refund, you can tell them the reason for withdrawing.
