Hello Devraj, You can get admission in B.Tech CSE, Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar if your CRL rank in JEE Mains is up-to 175000. I am suggesting this level based on this year admissions. But going by the trends, probably you need to have better than suggested ranks for next year admissions.

Hello Sruthi, The placement cell is present in the college and is at its best in helping students to be placed in reputed industries. The placement cell is led by a lecturer of the Mechanical engineering department. The cell in collaboration with many industries and companies makes students capable of competing in this technical world by offering various internships and industrial visits. There is not much data on the companies that recruit students from this college, but in Asia technologies, Technopark and Sniqsys Technosphere, the students were placed.

Class 12th marks have no weightage in the preparation of JEE Main ranks. Students should know that the ranks will be determined based on their score in the entrance exam. However, for admission into IITs, NITs, CFTIs the score that candidates have secured in their class 12 board exam will be taken into account.

All depends on your Interest because choosing Branch is much Important You Learn many things in Next 4 years and Also work in same nature for whole Life so I suggest you If you got low rank in NIT then you can Join but important thing is that you should never compromise with Branch
If you can't get branch according your interest then never select NIT college or go for any private college.

NIT Trichy is better than the colleges which have the working field for the core jobs like NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Raipur, etc. Because the activities provided at NIT Trichy will overpower that. Hope it helps.

NIT Raipur is worth. It is the best college for placements, and it is suitable for hardworking students.
Placements: Metallurgical and materials engineering is a very good branch. We get a lot of free time as the subject is mostly practical. In GATE 2020, our college ranked 41 from the metallurgical department.
